- Our recent design has an improved bearing structure and modified profile composite seal to improve durability. This design has proven itself with over 100 million metres drilled showing a significant increase in life compared to the traditional bearing structure. The drill bit can be manufactured with additional protection features on the cone, shirttail, leg, and back of the leg. We can customise the protection based on specific ground conditions being drilled.
